What Changed in 2026
In late January 2026 we shipped a major upgrade to Coach Dan: better model, function-calling, video analysis, multilingual coaching, and contextual memory. The impact across every metric was immediate, sustained, and compounding.
Monthly Active Chatters
Unique users who exchanged at least one message with Coach Dan in each month. Growth accelerated through Q1 2026 and continues into May.

The Viral Catalyst — Shipping This Weekend
Every metric above was achieved without virality. Direct + organic search dominates today. This weekend (May 10-11, 2026) we ship video sharing — users will be able to share their AI-coached video analysis directly to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Where We Could Be by May 2028
Two scenarios. Base case assumes current organic growth continues without the viral catalyst. Upside case models the impact of social sharing as a 30% lift on acquisition (conservative for a sports-content product where every video is inherently shareable).
Methodology: Base case extrapolates user growth from Apr 2025→Apr 2026 (+24% YoY = 1.85% CMGR). Subscription growth from May 2025→May 2026 (391→625 = 60% YoY). Upside case applies a viral coefficient of 0.15 new installs per active user per month (conservative for sports content), compounding with organic growth. ARR uses estimated $6.40 blended monthly ARPU. All figures are approximate — actual results will depend on retention, churn, and pricing changes.
